Shipping Information
At Ocean Coast Bikes, we aim to get your order to you quickly and safely. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or pre-order items may take longer, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
We ship through trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on your location and order size. Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Oversized Items (bicycles): 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and destination. Orders over $100 may qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.
International Shipping:
We currently ship to select international destinations. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the packaging or damaged product so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for most new, unused items in their original packaging. Returned items must be free from wear, installation marks, or damage.
Non-Returnable Items:
Assembled or custom-built bicycles
Clearance or final-sale items
Gift cards
Installed parts or accessories
Return Process:
Email our team with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
Ship your item using a trackable carrier. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item, contact us before returning it to ensure stock availability. Exchanges will be processed after the original item is received.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Ocean Coast Bikes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist where possible to help resolve the issue.
